CREATIVE WORKSHOPS
There is no better way to get creative than to get hands on! For our creativity events, we partner with local artists and creators to guide the creative process. Whether it is painting, sculpting, dyeing, or embroidering, our creativity events allow for self expression and a great way to meet other creatives. Your ticket to each event includes the craft kit, drinks, and snacks.
DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS
Personal and professional development is important to our personal well-being and growth. With the guidance of experts in various fields, we discuss life hacks and solutions around an array of topics such as Facing our Inner Critic, Decluttering our Mind, and Living Sustainably.
GATHER & CONVERSE
Our Gather and Converse series provides an opportunity to connect and create community by sharing our life experiences and personal stories over food and drinks. With topics such as Cultivating Self Compassion and Finding Joy in the Everyday, we hope that our series sparks conversation, provides insight, and allows for authentic and genuine connection.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Mila Kogan
I started hearsight as a response to the lack of personal growth and engagement that I had been seeing within my community. I had successfully been running Global UXD, an event-based community around design, for 6 years. However, the pandemic had created new obstacles and uncovered new problems that we hadn't seen before.

While we shifted to running online events, I found that many people were missing out on the kind of growth and engagement they wanted to experience. My goal was to find ways to create unique experiences that would allow people to learn, grow, and connect. Since then, I have happily balanced working as full-time UX Designer and Product Owner while bringing hearsight to life. I hope that hearsight encourages us all to work on ourselves, build community, and have intentional experiences.
